Only 15% of Canadian adults are active enough for health benefits. Are you among them? Today I’m attempting something new… a video blog post. It’s not very sophisticated I know… but it’s my way of attempting to connect with each of you more personally and to inspire you to be active doing what you enjoy most.
Be active to be happier and healthier. Exercise to help prevent and manage disease. Get moving to be an active role model for your kids and others. Commit to an active lifestyle to age well and to get the most out of life.
